A Spode Felspar East India Company Armorial Plate, c.1820 Auction Archive (Darjah Kerabat Yang Amat di-Homati)A large felspar porcelain plate, with a slightly scalloped edge, the obverse center featuring the handpainted Arms of the East India Company above the motto AUSPICIO REGIS ET SENATUS ANGLIAE, with three floral patterns and delicate border. The reverse is marked Spode Felspar Porcelain with a floral wreath. The plate measures 258 mm in diameter.
