Château Pauqué 'Homelt' 2022 hazenpaper Pasta- en rissotto gerechtenThis cuve Homelt is made from rivaner (mller thurgau). A real charmer,on the nose it has aromas of citrus fruit, flowers and herbs. It is a rich wine, juicy on the palate and has mild acids combined with lots of fruitiness. The wine matures on its fine lees which give it its creamy texture and tension.
