The soil mix is not crucial (we use our typical Nepenthes mix) but make sure it has good drainage or the roots may suffer

The younger plants are showing pitchers with flared wings

This species really needs close to 100% humidity to acclimate so using a dome or bag is really essential as it gets settled in

Some can be striped with browns and pinks while others are green

We can't guarantee germination since we have never grown this cross out but we have inspected all pods and they have obviously viable looking embryos. Nepenthes seeds are best sown on a layer of milled sphagnum moss or well leached coco peat above a more traditional Nepenthes mix. They should be kept in a moderately well lit area (50 100 ppfd).
