They are filled with pure argon gas which pressurises the bottle to allow the wine to flow through the pour, then covers the remaining wine once the system is removed. The 21 ml argon capsules are NOT compatible with Coravin Sparkling systems or with Coravin Professional systems. They are specially designed to be used with still wines.
