A well preserved Heer transitional Austrian made M17 Stahlhelm, constructed of a magnetic molybdenum steel shell. The exterior bears an original Third Reich period matte apple green paint. It is flanked on each side by decals, with the right side consisting of a shield bearing a classic Wehrmacht black, white, and red tricolour motif, while the left side features a black shield overlaid by a silver Heer style German national
