A large and well preserved serving bowl retrieved from an NSDAP formal place setting, constructed of silver plated metal, flanked on each side by rounded protruding handles of identical construction, topped by a cascading lid with a stud emanating from the centre, the edge of the bowl bearing an expertly engraved NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the edge of the base
