According to David Austin

Top Cream™ Zone 11 With high-centered buds opening toTop Cream is a tall Hybrid Tea with large, old fashioned blooms on long stems perfect for cutting. She produces extremely fragrant single blooms with an earthy pear and licorice scent against dark, glossy foliage. Her petal packed blooms remind us of a bowl of homemade whipped cream with hints of blush. All thats missing is the cherry on the top.
