The driver comes with a standard style clutch plate and is made of a single block of recycled plastic, with a central metal piece and a 3 8 inch foam pad to help keep the driver centered and to keep a hold of the 20 inch sand paper. We also sell a heavy duty version of this pad if you are looking for high quality driver.
