chateau saint esteve ganymede corbieres boutenac mando BOUQUET: aromas of citrusVIEW: A deep red colour. BOUQUET: Complex nose of ripe fruit, sweet spices, woody notes that are present but not caricatured. MOUTH: On the palate, a fine attack, plenty of volume, smooth tannins, a fine balance between the sweetness and spice of the Grenache, the aromatic freshness of the Carignan and the racy Syrah. The finish is long and pleasant, an epicurean wine.
