Constructed of silver gilt with light blue and white enamels, consisting of a five pointed enameled star with light blue and white enameled arms and ball finals, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion bearing a leftward facing leopard, the reverse with a similar white enameled medallion bearing the monogram of interlocking Latin letters R and S in gilt, suspended from a swivelling green
