On the nose, an intense sweet stands out, with notes of lemon tea, herbs, an intense stew of mature plants, with a fresh and incomparable smell. Very dry green flavors, with a slight acidity in the middle, sweet and bitter fresh. A particularly strong flavour of countryside, earth, wildflowers, smoke, stone, vanilla, cloves, jasmine, peach
