Silver neck badge with white enamel and a dark red cabochon centrepiece, inclusive of flower suspension 72. 4 mm (h) x 45. 4 mm (w), on original striped ribbon, mint condition. Housed in original case, very fine condition. Footnote: The Order of the Rising Sun was instituted 4th of October 1875 by Emperor Meiji.
