1344g Cubic Pyrite Crystals on Host Rock sphere grounding the piece and enhancingBeautiful aesthetic pyrite cube Specimen from Spain. The pyrite cubes sit within the natural host rock and display very nicely. This locality's limestone (marl) matrix can dissolve in water, so the specimens matrix needs to stay dry for these pyrite cubes to stay in place. Locality: Navajn, La Rioja, Spain Measurement: Approx. 154mm x 118mm x 75mm Weight: 1344 grams FYI: When mined, these pyrite cubes typically do not stay in place on the host rock
