“BAG IN BOX” "Ziaco" TREBBIANO MOSCATO Size:3 liters very freshAppellation: Marche Trebbiano Moscato IGT Grape varieties: 80% Trebbiano 20% Moscato Winemaking: this unusual mix is the gamble of our winery. The objective was to steal the aromas of Moscato, unite them with the temper of Trebbiano and elevate everything by refining the wine in wood barrels. The wine making of the two wines happens separately, with soft pressing and fermentation at 17 C. After fermentation the two wines are combined and put to rest
