Annoncer la couleur. Archéologie “Pocket Photo” collectionWith its manifest title, "Annoncer la couleur" presents itself as the most inventive part of the partnership between Ernest Pignon Ernest and Andr Velter, each page here forming a common work through the direct resonance of calligraphed words and a drawing. A novel fusion of poetic practice which, in its own way, tends to disrupt adages, maxims and sentences by using the concerted action of a statement and an image.
