A rare Schwbischer Beobachter (Swabian Observer) street sign, constructed of pressed aluminum, the obverse featuring a glossed painted red finish, bearing a raised inscription of SCHWBISCHER BEOBACHTER in Fraktur script, flanked on the left by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above an inscription of NATIONALSOZIALISTISCHE TAGESZEITUNG ANNAHMESTELLE FR ANZEIGEN UND ABONNEMENT (NATIONAL
