It features a straight neckline silhouette with neck tie attachments (not only could you tie it in a bow, you could also wear the ties as a scarf), a boned and draped bodice, natural waistline, zipper up the side and a full, three layer skirt with such great volume. The bodice is adorned in a blue floral trim. This dress is just gorgeous it would be
